We want customers to be satisfied with purchases made through Autonelo. This Return Policy explains our general return and refund procedures.

30-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally be unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials should also be returned where reasonably applicable.

Please do not send products to the return warehouse before contacting us and receiving return authorization.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly at service@autonelo.com and provide your order number and supporting photographs.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is required because an incorrect, damaged, or defective product was sent, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

For returns resulting from customer preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other reasons not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return where required for health, hygiene, safety, legal, or other applicable reasons. Any product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed where applicable.
